Question on the Calendar and Atkins
Mmeyers, basic percentages are 65/70 fat 25/30 protein 5/10 carbs on your pie graph

low carb
Kim, I tried Atkins which (induction) only allows 20 carbs. I was not loosing any weight, so I tweeked it. Now I follow it but with cals in mind. So my carbs are anywhere from 0 to 25, usually 10. And after a month on Atkins without lossing I have started to lose weight.

Still hungry
I love hunger, I rejoyous at hunger. I have fed that damm hunger too long...and it got me fat. Now I take a stance!!! No more.

Help losing weight while on Steriods
I wish I had known that I would gain so much on them. I have been 125/135 all my life, I am now 205 and can't lose. I read an article about Leptin, being harmed by steroids, and keeps you from losing weight. I am doing more research....we'll see.
