excercise thingy is a pain ... help

i pressed cancel lots of times still keeps the same numbers in excercise grrrrr !!!!
had the same problem in the other diet site
someone explain this to me please !!!

i saw ... use the default thing already
my excercise is not always the same
wood one day , gardening the next , moving rocks the next, ect ect ...

Im NOT totally computer dumb !!!
but for some reason i cant get this AT ALL !!!!!
maybe i need to eat more food ... jk ...lol

Hi Onkwe...you probably would have figured it out on your own if you weren't so frustrated. It's funny how when you get irritated things seem to get harder.

Go into you exercise. Click on the activity you want to remove and "decrease" the activity by the same amount of time that you have in there already.

Ex. walking - 2 hrs

you would click "decrease" by 2 hrs.

Watch out for what they replace the time with...Mine always seems to go to "sleeping" for some reason. You can change that to "resting". And then add your new activities. Hope this helps.
