Cauliflower Pizza Crust Question
I make my own sauce from canned tomatoes, because it's hard to find sauce with no added sugar. Just crush the tomatoes with your fingers when you put them in to a saucepan and simmer until thick and saucy. You can add garlic, italian seasoning or whatever else you like to taste.

Milk substitutes
I like coconut milk - So Delicious unsweetened is very good.

Induction and Energy Bars
I was wondering about this, too - I'm about a week away from a triathlon and finishing week 2 of induction. Last weekend I did a long bike/run brick and used gels, which helped but then I felt terrible about 2 hours later.

This morning, I did a shorter brick, and just used an electrolyte replacement with no carbs.

The nutritionist on the Atkins site recommended moving to OWL running up to the race and then returning to induction after it's complete. KnitWhit, what do you think?
