I'm 26 years old and over weight. I have suffered with being over weight for the last 4 years. I went through a terrible marriage, and that took it's toll on me eating wise. I would eat to cope with everything. I love food. At my highest weight I was 189 lbs. I don't ever want to be that big again. Since I have started my journey to a new me, which was January 9th, I am down to 177.5 lbs. I feel so much better. My goal is to get down to 150 lbs. I'm getting married this summer and I hope to lose this weight by then. I know I can do it. My mind is made up. I am eating between 900-1000 calories a day. NO JUNK!!! I still have a long way to go but with hard work and determination, I CAN DO IT!!!
Started January 9, 2010- 183 lbs
March 9, 2010- 163 lbs (20 lbs down)
March 18, 2010- 160 lbs 10 more lbs to go!!!!
April 22, 2010- 150 lbs !!!! I reached my goal!
