I am a 53 years old. Married 30 years this coming May. We have 2 daughters (one recently engaged). I am a Pilot Car Escort driver for Over-sized loads. Three weeks ago I finished my 2nd time with chemo for ovarian cancer. I live in the Pittsburgh, PA area. I was heavier than I have ever been when I began a new lifestyle of eating on Jan 3rd. I have lost 15.5 pounds as of today. (Exciting for me!) I am determined that this is the 2nd half of my life & I plan to live it healthy! (In more ways than just my weight.)

long distance driving - how to exercise?
I am a Pilot Car Escort Driver for Over-sized loads & am on the road 5-6 days a week. I finished my last chemo treatment 3 weeks ago - so am fairly weak. What type of exercises could I do that would help & yet not be very strenuous? Praise God, I have been eating healthy (until this week!) since Jan 3rd & have lost 15.5 pounds so far. I am sure that I will have a greater weight loss & need to strengthen my muscles & build up strength. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
