Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Healthy, easy and delicious banana bread.
Ingredients
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- Beat egg, dressing and bananas in large bowl with whisk until well blended.
- Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Add to banana mixture; stir just until moistened.
- Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes.; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely.
- Note: the recipe calls for 1 teaspoon salt, but you can leave that out to lower the sodium count. It also calls for 1/2 cup of walnuts but you can leave that out and replace it with whatever you want - like chocolate chips!

sorry I didn't edit it in the description but if you click on it it says Kraft Miracle Light - so it's salad dressing (not mayo)

This banana bread is awesome. It's moist, perfectly sweetened, and slightly nutty from the oatmeal. It doesn't taste like "health" food. Definitely a keeper.
