Hi! I'm 33,have 3 wonderful kids, one is a teen, one is a toddler and the middle one has adhd.. Not easy !
In 2002 I was diagnosed with skin cancer, and was treated til 2006.. I been fine since then, thank god.. :)
I never been overweight, tho I thought I was. At 25,after 2 kids,I was 145lbs and saw myself as fat.. I always had food related issues, and when I got pregnant the 3rd time,I really gained weight. Went to 200lbs for 5'5.
I have since then gone down to 170lbs,then recently I have lost 7 pounds.. I'm just getting started,I'd like to be at a healthy 145lbs :)

I saw a test about those on a tv show from the uk. They had women (overweight) try it for 2 weeks. And they did lose inches.. And not 1 or 2 women, but 50.. So it does work.
But like EVERYTHING in weight loss, there is no magic trick.
In the end it's always eat less, burn more that'll do the trick Smile

Exercise
Hi! I also have big back problems. My l5-s1 vertebrea is in crumbs, making me in major pain all the time. When I was told not to exercise I thought 'yay!,a reason not to have to! But after a while, after gaining weight ,I got in even more pain...

My only advice is see a physiotherapist. It's the only person competent to help you. After shedding ponds and gaining muscle mass your back will be 'held' better and you'll be able to move more.. On your own..
I did that and in the last year gain lots of motricity. And since january 1rst I lost 8 pounds!!
Be careful not to engage in stuff that'll harm you.. Smile

diarrea if you eat too much fat. And mind numbing tummy cramps. you have to be extremely strict on your diet. which I couldn't. Having to feed 4 other ppl was too tempting for me. Did you discuss it with your Dr?
