I am 37 and work at a university. I am currently working on my PhD. I was married in July 2012.
I had used this site and Atkins to lose weight prior to my wedding. I have gained back to wieght I lost, so I am starting the process again. My husband and I are planning to have kids. I do not want to go into a pregnancy being so overweight. I know if is not healthy for me.
I know I need to focus on myself during this process. I have to take the time to plan and record what I eat. My work and class schedules keep me very busy, and it is too easy to get lost in that. I hope to follow through with my weight loss plan. I also hope to utilize the support of other group members. I hope I can help support others in their journey, too.
