Retired, in Alaska, breathing getting harder, need to lose fat pressing on lungs-less than 3 weeks in and already feeling better Update 1/22/2018 ...thirty five pounds down! feels good..sticking with Forks over Knives, eating a lot of various vegetable soups still using Weight Watchers Online to record progress and for portion control....no more WW..doing strict keto...logging my macros..still moving but slower
