Well I'm not that different from anyone else. I'm trying to shed a few pounds, and I thought this site was pretty neat to keep up with the calorie intake- that isn't homemade anyway.

I currently am 189 (164!) pounds and my goal is 49 pounds less of that- 140. I want to be that weight by my birthday in September. I want to look good for my big 21! I'm going to a casino and I want to wear that pretty dress that I never really got to wear. Most of all though I want to feel good in my own skin.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I usually weigh myself once a week- on Saturday,when I wake up since that is when you're at your lightest. Because becoming obsessed with the scale isn't too healthy. You don't want to live on the scale, and you want to have something to look forward to at the end of the week.
