Found store bought rotisserie chicken is very bad, so I ordered a Ronco EZ-Store Rotisserie Oven 5250 Series.

Continually adjusting my food intake.

No excuses, like holdays birthdays anniversaries if I want to live to see more.

New Diabetic Type 2
Hi I'm a type 2 also. All I can say is what is working for me and my body type.
I cut my carbs to 20 or under carbs=sugar. If you cut your carbs your body will burn
your stored body fat. If you feed your body carbs it burns those carbs never burning stored fat till it runs out of
the carbs you just ate. I eat clean! Fresh vegetables that grow above ground, no processed anything,
I eat alot of chicken, fish ect.
I have so much energy I wish I could bottle and sell it lol! Hope this helps, good luck!

what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
5'4". 160-165 when I was much hunger I was very thin looking at 156-159 so I'd say a little more would be good!

Paubut, i record everything for two reasons, if the weight isnt coming off I can look back and see what I can adjust. Secondly
Holds me accountable. I don't plan on falling I've had enough of those it's time to be serious, if I want to save my life and limbs. I'm a stubborn Taurus I can do this!
