I have soo busy at work this week and at home that I haven't had a moment to get on. But hopefully today was the last of it and I can focus on me again.

Ok enough of this....
Ok, I am done! Done I say!!! Done with cheating on my diet. My weight has not moved this week. No more sneaky little donuts when the boss is in with them. No more lunches with the boss when he is here. He loves very fattening foods and it is killing my diet. So, as of today, it's on!!!! 100%. I did it before and I WILL do it again. I am not where I want to be, I am not where I should be and I am not where I know I can be. I want to feel good about myself again!!!

Had some more dental work this morning...
I had my temp crown put on this morning and I hurt. Did not eat breakfast but will try to get some of this salad down. Crying or Very sad

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I try to only weigh myself once a week. Your weight flucuates too much on a daily basis to get an accurate reading. So Monday mornings for me.
