Ok, I am done! Done I say!!! Done with cheating on my diet. My weight has not moved this week. No more sneaky little donuts when the boss is in with them. No more lunches with the boss when he is here. He loves very fattening foods and it is killing my diet. So, as of today, it's on!!!! 100%. I did it before and I WILL do it again. I am not where I want to be, I am not where I should be and I am not where I know I can be. I want to feel good about myself again!!!

Good luck! Life is full choices that you have to make every day over and over again. It's not easy, but it's worth the result!

I know what you mean. We have food at my job ALL THE TIME!!! We celebrate any and EVERYTHING. So what I've done is pack my lunch box with healthy foods and snacks. I ONLY eat what I have in my lunch box. That seems to be working so far. Also, when it comes to planning these dinner parties, I suggest that they bring foods that i HATE lol. Works just fine!

Quitting is NOT an option!

I get tempted almost every day at work myself. The last straw was when they all got McD's! I ate my lunch I brought and was proud! I know I can do this and if I can so can you and everyone else that is here!

Salad dressing
Your best bet is to make your own if you can. I haven't been able to find a store bought one without a bunch of sugar and additives, but maybe someone else has.

I have read you should eat at least 90 gr of protein every day so you wont burn off muscle. If you combine ths with 50 gr of carbs and 20 gr of fat,you will loose. Hard to do tho
