I need someone to help motivate me to eat right and exercise. I am 35 with 2 kids and I used to love working out and eating right and now I see what not doing can do to you. I feel tired, weak, sleeping in too late. I want my energy back!!! So anyone that can help me stay motivated, that would be great!!!

I need buddies too!!! I am 33, very happily married for 12 years & we have 2 kids! A 9 year old girl & a 4 month old boy! I have lost the same 20 pounds atleast 5 times over the last 10 years! I had wanted to get pregnant for about 6 years & couldn't! I finally said its now or never!!! I thought maybe a healthier me would find it easier to get pregnant - and would surely have a safer pregnancy!!! I hit it hard & lost 22 pounds in 2 months - had to take a few weeks off because of a knee injury - then........I found out I was pregnant!!! So here I am - a very happy mama - who is 18 pounds heavier than my starting weight just over a year ago!!! So - I have to lose 40 pounds to catch up to what I had lost as of last November!! That is VERY frustrating - but I'm not going to sit crying about it - gotta get moving!!! We are done having kiddos - so I have no excuses now!!! Ready to change my life once & for all & would love to have some friends to help & to help me along the way!!!

Hey gals! I found while cooking meals, that munching on frozen grapes was very helpful! Yes, frozen grapes. It's refreshing in the summer, they're filling, free points and by the time supper is ready, you're kinda full already. Another thing I found helpful was taking the kids to the park. While they're swinging, jumping, running, etc. so could I, they were tired when we'd get home, I'd put them in front of a TV...they were out cold. That gave me the time to do the workout dvd's, gardening or meal prep...sometimes just the extra time in meal prep was nice, I could sit down and think about healthier methods...I've decided I need to get back to the "before"...before kids, before marriage, before college which is why I'm revisiting what I did before...good luck gals!

plz stick to this simple rule. the amount of calories you eat must be proportional to the amount of calories you burn on that particular day. you need a minimum of 1190 calories for being fit.(even if u do nothing). so you have to burn an extra 400 calories everyday. for example, lets say you burned 400 extra calories today.(thru housework, walking, dancing, 'gymming' or whatever).then you can eat 1000+400 calories today. the more calories you burn, the more you can eat.i sticked to this rule, and i lost 10 kg fat. i burn around 700 calories daily. so i eat 1000+700 calories daily.
