Hi,seems like I am always trying to get into shape. Did weight watchers for a while and made lifetime, they changed the program and they changed the online functions and then I hated it. Back to fatsecret for tracking what I eat. When I don't track, I don't eat healthy. I need to keep the weight off. I really what to keep the weight off in a healthy way. No tricks or gimmicks. Eat real food and live a real life.
