Hi,seems like I am always trying to get into shape. Did weight watchers for a while and made lifetime, they changed the program and they changed the online functions and then I hated it. Back to fatsecret for tracking what I eat. When I don't track, I don't eat healthy. I need to keep the weight off. I really what to keep the weight off in a healthy way. No tricks or gimmicks. Eat real food and live a real life.

Need tips on how to make calorie tasty oatmeal
I make cold oatmeal that is like a parfait. A batch last about 5-6 days.
3c old fashion oats (not cooked)
2c FF Vanilla yogurt
1-2 c frozen fruit
1/2c Juice of choice.
Mix it all up and chill overnight.
It's great in the summer!!

I really like the just dance games for the wii. I like the real thing too, not from youtube. I like to see my score and try to improve, it gives me modivation and positive feedback for my efforts.
To answer your questions, Just Dance doesn't use a board. Just the disc and the wii remote.Smile

Steel cut oats
one reason steel cut oats are better is because of less processing.
When I make them I do it at night. Bring 4 cups of water to boil. Add one cup oats. stir. cover. turn off stove and let it sit over night. In the morning they are ready to go. I add cinnimon and a little brown sugar and reheat in microwave. Put the rest in the frig.

Trouble Swallowing/Ulcer Maybe??
I also have this happen from time to time. I guess I have gotten used to it. It is much less frequent since I stopped drinking alcohol.

What do you truly wish for yourself besides weight loss?
I want to be healthy in body and mind. No more stuffing emotions with food or alcohol. Eating healthy, exercise all help with a healthy mind as well. I have to be able to handle the not so happy times head on and not ruin my body in the process. On a selfish side. I love wearing funky clothes, and they just look better if you are thin. So I hope for a healthy mind and body that is happy most of the time while wrapped in funky clothes. haha!!
