Baked Crunchy Chicken Parmesan

Crispy oven baked chicken with a delicious coating.



  1. Mix egg, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard in a shallow bowl.
  2. Mix bread crumbs, parmesan, garlic salt, oregano & parsley in another bowl.
  3. Cut chicken into 1 - 1.5 oz strips. Dredge each strip into the egg then into the crumb mixture. Place on a baking sheet in oven set to 350° F (175° C).
  4. Bake for 40 minutes until done or to your preference for more crispiness.

I just noticed a mistake I made. S/B 2 Tsps Parsley, not TBSPS! I have no way to edit the recipe on here.

I really liked it, but I think I made a mistake because the breading was a little soggy. Still really good though.

I loved this it was like big chicken tenders without the frying. Absolutely delicious and my picky boyfriend loved it too!

Great recipe! Although they were a little dry after cooking for 40 min. We put some pasta sauce on them and they were super!

Quite a good flavor. I skipped the dry mustard because I didn't have any and it still turned out pretty well.
