I'm newly married:) I tend to gain weight around the middle and on my butt. I was alawys the person that could eat anything and everything and not gain a pound. Now I find I have gained a few and if I smell food I put on weight. What the heck???? I am now fighting my way back to my goal weight and it's tough. I want to set a good example for my son and show him that stuffing your face is not how you deal with stress or anything else. I want to be happy, healthy and proud! And I want my son to grow up knowing how to take care of his precious body.
