My name is Lauren and I will be 32 in July and over the past 6 years or so my life has been pretty bland as far as my activity level. when I was a kid I was tiny then when I turned 13 my weight just seemed to rise no matter what I did. After I had my 4th child I somehow lost a dramatic amount of weight by doing pretty much nothing but then I had my 5th and the weight since just hasn't gone anywhere but up. I want to be healthier for myself and my kids but its gonna be a rough road...I never thought I would ever be almost 300 pounds but I need to change that fast. So I'm here, well honestly I'm here because I want to just get to the point where I feel better.
