How time has rushed in my life - and how my body image has changed especially over the last 10 years.

Today, there are many things about which I am grateful - but one thing for certain - which I am extremely uncomfortable with, is this obese body which encases and does not fit with the person I really am inside.

I desire a real healthy balance in my life - free from cravings for food (which I believe is an unfortunate reaction to the consumption of carbohydrates).

Even though I am so shy about my fat status, I have decided to play open cards - in the recording of my progress to a healthy, attractive ME!

Is it okay to include milk in the LCHF?
Thanks eKatharine - I tend to agree with you. I also found that when I included milk in my diet that my cravings increased. I use cream instead.

Is it okay to include milk in the LCHF?
Hi there

What are your opinions please. Is it fine to include milk in the LCHF diet.

Personally I rather use cream - and try and avoid milk because of its sugar and high carb content.
