I wear a size 38 pants and a Large top

The ideal is to get back into my 34 jeans and small tops and wear a bikini without all the flab...

6 years back I weighed 57kg - I was single..cooked for myself and had time to gym

Love, life and everything else piled on over the last few years with little to no time for exercise...

Now I am settled and back on the wagon to get my body back to what I know it can look like - SLOWLY, very SLOWLY but SURELY

Milk vs Honey
I am a bit confused - I am addicted to coffee and would easily have 5-7 cups or more per day (with milk and NO sugar)

Everyone advises to rather have tea with honey

I started with Grean Tea (Mint) with pure honey but Honey contains A LOT of carbs (milk too) so what is best and healthiest and WHY?

Kangmei Slimming capsule
I took mine after breakfast and it says on empty stomach before breakfast so tomorrow morning I will have it on my empty stomach and eat breakfast when I get to the office ! It has not really suppressed my appetite - I am an emotional eater so would be lovely if it worked.

Kangmei Slimming capsule
Thanks - I did alot of research and found that there are many versions - I used Thinz which worked wonderfully for me together with healthy eating and exercise then it became a prescribtion drug - then I switched to Simply Slim and had the same amazing results till that was banned. I am fully aware that healthy eating water and exercise is the way to go but if there is something that can assist / boost that is great ! Giving this a try now and will see how it goes !
