I've been overwieght since puberty. I think I just grew up in one of those households where throwing away food was a "mortal sin"! ;) So I've basically had to retrain my entire thinking on food. It's meant for sustenance, not self fulfillment or a way to entertain myself.
So anyway, One day I just hit a wall. I looked at myself in the mirror and started grabing all this extra fat that I didn't have before. I had enough and said "NO, no more!"
I'm through with feeling fat, I'm done with thinking that "this is just what I am meant to look like". I know I can be the best version of me possible, and I'm finally ready to make it happen!
Goal # 1: 10% weight loss = 19lbs loss (170 lbs)
