Seniors 60 plus/ where are you?
Hi~! I will be 60 in March! I have been on Atkins since Nov 2011! I have lost 22 pounds, but for some reason stalled for the last month...going to start a different diet tomorrow. I would like to meet some buddies too~! Linda

Looking for CARB CYCLE people~!
I am starting Carb Cycling Diet Monday... Looking for those of you that are on this diet! Any tips, experiences, where to find recipes (I see this recipe section here...but it doesn't say if it is low car or high carb!) I have been on Atkins since Nov., I did lose 22 pounds. BUT...have been playing with the same pound or two of over a month! Saw the Chris Powell book and decided to give it a try! I am 59 years old and weigh 242 poundsSad Looking for a goal weight of 145 pounds! GEEZ, really..anything under 200 would be great!LOL!

I weight myself everyday...I don't know why, I just do. Just FMI. I guess I don't have to put it in my chart everyday like I do... (I am new to this too!)
