Hello! My name is Adrienne. I am a follower of Weight Watchers and moderate exercise.

I am trying to lose the last 10 pounds of my 50 pound weight loss journey. I came to FatSecret for support and to gain knowledge from others who are part of the grand struggle of losing/maintaining weight loss.

I am trying to adapt to healthy eating and exercise as a lifestyle. It is very hard for me sometimes as I am sure it is very hard for some of you as well.

I am very open to hearing suggestions, ideas, success stories for motivation and would be SO happy to share myself with you also! Please feel free to ask me any questions.

Delicious Apple or Berry Crisp Dessert
T. Marzetti apple crisp topping (found in the refrigerated area of your market's produce department)

4 c. of FRESH fruit (suitable for a cobbler/crisp i.e. - blueberries, cherries (pitted), peaches (pitted), apples, etc.)

Parkay Spray

Splenda granulated

*Prepare your fruit and spray a baking pan with non-stick spray. Sprinkle about a tablespoon of Splenda on your fruit and mix well. Put your fruit in the bottom of the pan. Take 5 T. of Parkay Spray (take off cap and pour) and add to the T. Marzetti apple crisp. Pour that over the fruit and bake as directed on the T. Marzetti package.

Only 3 points per serving. Add 1/2 c. of Breyer's fat free vanilla ice cream for only 1 additional point and you have a delicious dessert that NOBODY will know is figure friendly. Smile

The President's Challenge
So I have been very lazy lately with my diet and exercise. I found today that I gained nearly 10 pounds since my last weigh in. YIKES!

I was looking for a neat motivational tool to get me back into shape and I found The President's Challenge.

I signed up to take the challenge and I was given a points goal to reach with my daily exercise before I can reach the bronze, then eventually the silver and gold. How fun!

For anybody who is looking for a slightly different way to challenge yourself to take those extra steps, this is a really cool way to do so. Best of luck to all.
