Absolutely delicious muffins.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray or line with cupcake liners.
- Mix oatmeal, salt, baking powder, cinnamon.
- Add remaining ingredients until it resembles slightly runny oatmeal.
- Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
- Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Note: this is a modification of SourSugarBaby07's Oatmeal Muffins recipe; I added a mashed banana to the recipe and it increased the flavor even more!

Not ok for Phase 1 but sounds like it would be really nice for Phase 2...although you should be careful of the applesauce! Make sure it's no sugar added!

I absolutely love muffins, and the points calculate to only 2 points!! Most muffins are between 3 and 5! Can't wait to try them!

The flavor is good, the texture is dense, but still very good. Filling and makes a good breakfast. I eat 2 with 1 cup skim milk and stay satisfied until 10:30 when I have my morning snack.

This muffin was ok. I would add more applesauce and bannana for more flavor. But in all it was very filling for a healty breakfast.
