Hello Fat Secret world.... I call myself PinkRose88. Growing up I did not realize how lucky I was in the weight area. I would gain a few pounds and it would be easy to "get it off". 26 when I had my first child, did I ever learn a lesson! I have struggled since. I am a stress and binge eater. In 2007 I experienced a life changing event which triggered almost what seemed none stop eating to "make my pain" go away. I learned the pain does not ever go AWAY. The beginning of 2012, reaching 205 pounds, my highest has been 210, I would be turning 55. I knew I needed to make some changes. To date (1-10-13) I have lost 40+ pounds. I have had a lot of support. I have a dear friend and an Aunt who have been there every step of the way. Both of them have lost a lot of pounds also. Which is VERY COOL!! This last year I have also learned how to hula hoop. I had always wanted to learn. I did it and LOVE it!

Holy Sh!t! Kirsten4, I could have wrote your entry!!! I did the very same thing this afternoon. I don't like the "it's ok you deserved it" garb either!! It sucks we caved, we are pissed as hell at ourselves!!! I am/ will ride my stationary bike. Stomach feels like crap. Some self hatred going on........
