I am a 5'6", 58 yr old Cali Lady, married to a wonderful man, 2 Daughters & 1 Son, and 8 grandkidlings. Worked for State Parks over 28 yrs. Going in with both feet doing the lifestyle change.

GOALS:
To be happy & healthy inside & out so that I can assume my active lifestyle once again.

@ sooki, kmartin, & dreama: GREAT INFO... I just learned three new things, two of which will help me a bunch: artificial sweeteners 3 per day, & Splenda's single serving flavor packs. Thx!

I can't have the Da Vinci because of sugar alcohols, but that is very cool for those who can!
