I am a 5'6", 54 yr old Cali Lady, married to a wonderful man, 2 Daughters & 1 Son, and 7 grandkidlings. Worked for State Parks over 28 yrs. Going in with both feet doing the lifestyle change.
Ages 18 - 37, I weighed 129-139 lbs, never having a weight problem. Then in my late 30's, I slowly began to gain. I would lose and reach my goal weight very quickly, but then would eat the old way and gain it back, plus some. One day, my diets no longer worked. In 2009, I was diagnoised with Type II Diabetes, High Cholesterol and a Fatty Liver (from Obesity). May 2010 my weight had climbed to 320.
I have decided to be accountable for my heatlh and am determined to not give up and until I am a healthy weight and then continue to maintain it for the rest of my life.
To be happy & healthy inside & out so that I can assume my active lifestyle once again.

Wear Tank Tops again
Wear Exercise Shoes that really fit as they should (Getting There!)
Wear Ring Size 6 again
Wear Beautiful Bracelets, Size 7" again
Wear Beautiful Anklets, Size 9" again
Wear Beautiful Necklace, Size 18" again
