HELLO!! I entered my food today!!! Yay!! I will be off work for a few weeks for the summer!! Counting down the days!!! Have plans to get a lot done here at home!! Wanting to stay motivated!!! I got my work out in after work. I will be heading to my stationary bike after this entry. Tomorrow is my WW meeting. Looking forward to it. I enjoy the inter-action with the people there. Nice group.

This week has just flown by. I have seen myself coming and going--as the expression goes. I wish I had more time in my day. I did get my garden (flower) planted. Weeds pulled. Now the next round of weeds are growing. What was I thinking when I started these gardens years ago!! I was MUCH younger and I guess had more energy. I DO want to be dedicated to my weight loss plan, which includes my exercise. I have be able to work that into my busy days. I WANT to get on FS!!! I WANT to enter my food and exercise on a daily basis. I so keep a daily "paper" journal, which keeps me accountable. But making entries on FS helps me too. I am trying. Lately, my husband and son are not riding together to work. So Hubs has been getting home much earlier. All I can do to, if necessary run to the store, take care of the dog, little housework, (I mean LITTLE-like washing a few dishes) and MAYBE getting in a quick workout in. Then the race is on..... Later, while he is watching his "MAN" shows, I will ride my stationary bike and hoop. Oh boy!! Which is where I am going now!!!!

Tonight was my WW meeting. UP 1.2 :( OK!!! Just the way it is. The way it is---is I just like to eat. I eat too much when I do. I have binges. Had one tonight. Another ice cream binge. I realize I do this. I want to stop. I want to be able to sit down and enjoy just a serving of certain foods and stop. Not just keep shoveling it in my mouth while standing at the kitchen sink. I need and want to slow down, and focus on what I am eating. I need to do better. Well, now on the bright side. I did get my biking, hooping, and sit-ups in. Although I feel this sit-up thing just might be a hopeless battle. I am just built to have a gut. I see a lot of women with this gut. WHY?? Old age? Hormones?? WTH!!!
1 day and counting----So glad Friday is tomorrow!!!!

Super tired today! Did ride and hoop. This does not happen to me too often. I was not hungry. Maybe I am too tired to eat. Heading to bed.

My 50 pound weight loss was short lived!! I know this is only a temporary set back. I plan on keeping this journey going. I have come to far. This is my way of life now. I DO NOT want to go back to the other way. I would eat a whole bag of candy at one setting, almost a whole 1/2 gallon of ice cream. I have moments, but I do not ever want to go back.
