54 y/o professional woman and mother of a wonderful 21 y/o son. I travel a lot. That sometimes makes it hard to diet. I'm also going through "the change" and its confusing as to what my body is doing from week to week. Still I need to slim down. I'm not happy at this weight, I don't like that I can't do some things that I used to enjoy doing and I need to give my knees a break.
