Plastic surgery BEFORE losing all the weight...your thoughts?
Hahaha I couldn't help but laugh at your reply to Paradox!! I have the same problem, but maybe not to the same extent. I also have the sexy pants problem and worry if my stomach is showing when I run on the treadmill. Drawstrings have become my best friend at the gym, and I often find myself tucking tank top straps into my bra so I don't expose anything else! I just love the humor with which you approach it!

Does anyone else have this problem?? weight increase during monthly cycle
I asked the same question when I first joined fatsecret and everyone seems to agree they absolutely gain! I seem to gain 4-5 pounds regardless of what I do or what I eat. This past week I went from 205 to 209 and then back down to 205.5. So definitely, there is a lot of fluxuation there!! Ugh! lol

learn to eat in small portions
I LOVE the idea of having water bottles around the house while cleaning. I'm definitely going to try that, thanks!!

Size Matters?
When I started high school (1996) I was a size 10 at about 125-135 pounds. By the time I graduated I think I was about 150-160 pounds, I can't remember, but I was a size 14 I think. Now, if I get down to about 195 I can fit in my size 14 pants from Target, NY&Co., and other retailers. Sizes have definitely changed. Right now I weigh 209 and I wear a 16 or 18. My current goal is 145 pounds, and I'm not sure how long that will take to achieve, but I'm curious what size I will be then!!! Smile ((hips and butt are OK with me too!!))
