Hi there!
Well like everyone on this site, I am battling an unfortunate weight issues as well.
I'm a mother of 4 wonderful boys, ages 18,16,12 and 8. They keep me going that's for sure.
I'm just happy that I came across this site to help me battle and overcome this nightmare and to change my life style of eating. I love carbs, I'm an emotional eater and love binging at night.However I know all this isn't helping my health. As it was diagnosed last year, that I have hypoglycaemia and a few minor ailments.
I would love to reach my goal weight and keep it there once and for all! Like everyone else, we want to be happy with how we look and feel! most of all for our health.

Hi there!
I'm new to this wonderful site! First off it's great! I love how you can keep track and not guess.

I have a question thou, there are certain foods I would like to enter,however I just can't find the exact product? Is there a way of imputing the details into my diet calendar myself?

For example: I'm trying to find "Dempster's body wise, multigrain bread" it's only showing for the body wise whole wheat.
