I am a 45 year old divorced mom to three children living in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada

My goal: to never have to rely on my frumpy sweaters to "hide" my stomach and to finally feel wonderful about the way I look.

Here's to a great 2013/14 and able to choose whatever I want to wear from my closet again!

Steps along the way:
The first (and easiest) 10 lbs by October 15, 2013
meet the goal of 150 lbs by Christmas.
Next goal of 140 lbs by Valentine's Day
Reach my target of 135 for my Birthday on March 9,2014.
Maintain this weight within -/+ 5 lbs for my Graduation ceremony in June 2014.

What's working??
I have been losing about a pound per week for the past 3 weeks.

What are your Percentages (on average?) My percentages are @ about 65% fat, 25-30% protien, and the remainder in carbs.

I put my RDI in the 1400 range. Some days I am not hungry and it is lower, other days I go above to about 1600 - but that may be once every 2 weeks.

Are you exercising? No formal exercise other than walking around the office like a chicken with my head cut off.
