Is Eating a Low Fat Diet Good for Weight Loss?
I believe that Dr. Atkins died due to a head injury caused by a fall on ice in the winter.

Food Alergies...eggs & whey & soy...
I have know for years that I cannot tolerate soy and most reciently whey. Just this week I discovered that I am highly alergic to EGG'S!...No wonder my gut hurts all the time. I eat lots of them...but no more.
Any idea's on what I can use as a substitute? I love my MIM's. I tried pumpkin this morning and my muffin turned out not so great.
Just wondering if anyone out there has already invented this wheel....Thanks, Pat

I NEED YOUR INPUT PLEAAAASSEEE!!!
Hi there...I usually have these at least 2 times a week. They can be purchased in most grocery stores, in the tofu section. laughing girl suggest that you rince these very well before doing anything with them. I rince mine, then put in salted water or chicken broth and cook for about 8-10 mins. Drain and let dry a bit...sometimes i dry them on papertowels. Then serve how ever you want...sometimes I put laughing cow cheese on them...let it melt in and season with salt & peper...mmmm...good. Last week I made a low-carb pasta sauce to serve with them. Just today I made some with pesto. All low carb and delish. Good Luck!

Mashed Cauliflower
I have tried the caulifower steamed, mashed like potato, with 1 or 2 laughing cow wedges. It's creamy and delicious. Even my husband likes it.
