I would stick to the Atkins diet. It allows for more vegetables and fruits. And it's working for you.

Fooling myself?
I too get bored of my treadmill. Some things I've done to help.
- I've placed my treadmill so I can watch tv and listen to music while I walk/run.
- I run 2 minutes and walk 3.
- I've switched my settings so I see distance instead of time.
- I've put motivational quotes that I can read.

No Skinny Girl Inside
Think about it as getting healthier more than about losing the weight.
Also read about losing weight, I think understanding how your body works and how a diet works helps. Even if you think you know - a little reminder doesn't hurt.

Same here. I've lost inches more than pounds but it feels great to fit better into my clothes. Smile

I've given up the bars because of the hidden carbs. Only taking the shakes in case of emergencies Surprised)

I couldn't keep off the scale! At least the results weren't bad :o) I'm going to try to work out more regularly. Life has been getting in the way lately.
