I'm now 27, well just turned 27... feels old, but I feel quite good and in shape, much better shape than earlier in my life.
My scale already showed 183 lbs (in 2007)... ewww.. yes... overweight! Then I lost about 25 lbs (in 2008) by trying different things, gym, eating less, etc... it worked but it took forever and I was never able to get to my goal, I stayed overweight!
So... in May 2009 I joined FS @ 158 lbs... I have changed my goal weight 3 times already, every time I accomplish my goal I challenge myself a little more. This time, I am looking to get toned & sexy looking, no more need to lose weight. This site has helped me to track my food intake by counting calories.
Currently I am going to the gym every second day and sometimes even more often. I am working out well and doing good. I am very motivated and going to gym is a must... if I don't go, something is missing and it's not good... I'm addicted to it! lol.. (which is not a bad thing)

I am active on FS as much as I can be. I like to motivate others and get the same in return. There is never enough good tips and information, we always learn something new!
1st goal: 140 lbs - accomplished on Sept.6th 2009 (1 day before my b-day, nice gift to myself!!)
2nd goal: 135 lbs - November 4th 2009 °Achieved° (1 month in advance!!!)
3rd goal: 132 lbs - I wish to stay around this weight and maintain, as I have built some muscle now (and my weight went up by a little) I do not want to look too skinny, just lean and muscular (not excessively of course!)
