Guidelines:
Name something you will do rain or shine each day. It doesn't have to be difficult. The idea is to commit to what you say. I'll go first. I promise to exercise 2 hours a day. If you are just starting out, you could commit to 10 minutes. If you are already happy with your workout. Maybe you might choose to focus on your foods. Think of one bad habit you want to break and say YES I can. Maybe you want to add more veggies or need to keep a food diary but forget, or say you will drink more water, but don't. Maybe skip snacking between meals, or no food after 7 pm just for example.
