I am a 61 year old male residing in Cyprus (Democratic Repablic of Cyprus).Part of which was invaded by Turkey in 1974.
I am married with 2 sons in their mid 20s
Waiting for the first grandson soon (Feb)

My body has had many repairs so that it still works today. The main repair was Heart by pass at age 40. Since i have given up smoking and started cycling. Both are wise moves.
Lately i have been loosing control of my weight. Thank goodness i found the program FatSecrts to help me. It is a great program, it keeps one focused and on track. I am a firm believer on "CALORY COUNT"
