performance: losing 0.5 lb a week
5-13-2014 - Started the one meal a day plan. I am down 18 lbs. after 2 months. Will do this for the rest of my life. I eat what I want during that meal including a dessert every now and then. I drink lots of water and hot tea with lemon when not eating. I do have my glass or red wine in the evening. I like walking and use resistance bands for working out.
