WRITTEN IN JANUARY 2018

All my life I Have been slim! Then I hit my 40's-gained 10 Lbs-Yikes! Usually, I could exercise the weight off. It took a lot of work, But the exercise programs did work for me.
As you all probably know, "if you don't change your eating habits then you will probably gain it all back!" I did!
Then I hit my 50's-I gained 10 more lbs. Now, just hitting my sixties, I have put on an extra 13 lbs (Here is the clincher!) (At this time-due to injury I can no longer exercise.) I believe that in the past, I must have over exercised! I have Planter fasciitis. A sever case too! I am in a boot. This is horrible for a person who is a exercise junkie! :(

Now more than ever, I am determined to lose weight by changing my life style. Eating right, and cutting out the sugars!!

The only part that I like about being a Grandmother, is the Grand kids!
I am a women of faith, Who loves God!
I hate sitting in a chair all day!

This is why I don't get depressed- God! :)
My success stories will be because of- God!

PROTEIN DIETS VERSES CARBOHYDRATE FOODS IN DIETS
"Oh my, I will never write in a hurry again!" I see many errors in this above letter. I left in a hurry to go to Church today. When I came back, I looked over my (not so much of a master piece) and shrieked! I hope that you all will over look my messy letter. and know that I don't claim to be a writer! Smile
This show has really helped me look at foods a differently. I now believe that all foods are good in moderation's-except "Junk food!" LOL! Smile

HEY EVERYONE...
My husband and I found this show on B.B.C-It is about-which was more healthier for you. (a Protein diet, with almost no Carbohydrates, or a High Carbohydrates diet?) Also, or, which diet could one actually lose weight faster on, and maintain the wt. loss. That is Protein diets verses foods with high Carb's. And which would make a difference on a person dieting, as well on a person health? I think that you will be quit surprised on the results! I was flabbergasted, at the results! I hope that you will be able to see the show it in it's entirety. If not you can always look it up.
