Performance: losing 8.2 lb a week

Goal Weight
200.0 lb
Still to go: 76.0 lb
After a miscarriage, and getting hit by a car, and dealing with a hard past (therefore getting depressed), I solved my problems by eating and not caring what I ate, so now I am 300 lbs. The heaviest I have EVER been in my life, and I was (up until I went to the doctor) in total denial, I thought I was still 250. Thank goodness I am tall and can carry my weight well. But I want ME back......I want to be able to walk outside in the summer without wearing a cardigan, cause I am afraid that all people see now is my flab. I want to wear a bathing suit. I want to have energy, I do not care if I have a little extra weight, but what I have is too much.
I want my life back. I am now it a stable relationship with a very caring and supportive partner, a step mother of children (12 year old boy and 4 year old girl), have an amazing job, and a relatively stress free life. Now I want to be able to enjoy that life to the fullest, and feel good about the way I look!

Overtraining?
They have a low cal gatorade available now...I love the grape. I have one of those while rowing and find I do not hurt as much after my workout. Your using a lot of electrolites (bad speller I know) and this helps you recover, I also have a banana, or a yogurt with some protein powder or now wheat germ in it right before I go.

I love coffee!!!!!
I usually have one at work every couple of days, not dependent on it. Just enjoy it when i am figuring out a problem at work. I also enjoy having one every couple of weekends with a splash of baileys, or cherry brandy.

Confession Time...what's your secret?!?!?!?
I am 5 foot 11...and a plus sized gal. I will still probably be a plus even when I lose my weight (doctor says healthy for me is 185 - 200 lbs read ANY magazine and for my height that's still *big*). Broad shoulders big chest, build like a brick *bleep* house, I guess I am lucky that I have a 35 inch inseam (but clothes shopping is a bloody nightmare!!!!)...and heavy thick bones...most of my gal pals are like under 5 foot 4 and maybe 100 lbs (growls) Well damn it my little secret is I want to strut my tallness and everything else...without hiding under baggy clothes. I even had a ex a VERY ex ex tell me I am beautiful but would be gorgeous if I lost 20 lbs, and that was at my lowest weight of 220. I dumped him after that...so he can kiss my jiggly but and my current and wonderful bf can see me get healthier and more confident...and still like me even if I don't.

SKIN SKIN AND MORE SKIN
K8yk...I LOVE the Big boobies, small waist idea!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate bra and clothes shopping in general...finding a blouse...GOOD LUCK! I also have a 35" in seam...jeans are a nightmare! For some reason, if you are that tall they also assume you have a huge butt...so in a lot of pants, I could fit an adult diaper in and they would still be baggy, in the butt, and upper legs.
