When I first started loosing weight I started at 240lbs and got down to 190lb but in the last year I fell into depression due to people close to me bullying me. I joined here about a month ago and since then I haven't been able to keep track of food because of family problems but now I am hoping that is all out of the way I can focus on me and get to my goal of 160lbs.

diet problems!!
I was doing that as well partly emotional eating and part because I was bored. I have started new hobbies that don't allow me to just sit there and snack.

If I am sitting watching tv I have had a glass of water and if I am still hungry 10/15 mins later will have popcorn. I found a lot of my temptation was because the food was there so I got my husband to stop buying junk food. Only time we have it is if people are over and we buy a small amount to ensure it gets eaten by everyone else and not left there at the end of the evening.

Also I have started using a stepper during tv programs, it helps sometimes I feel hungry and get on the machine and time I get off I am not hungry. Really I was just thought I was because I was bored.

Have been sick
