Low Carb Diet, ugg how do i get there!!
Hi. I have found the secret for me is always have my food ready. I will grill pork chops, chicken legs, steak and have it ready before I get hungry. Tuna fish with eggs, cheese is also a good go to food. For sweets sugar-free jello with light cream whip is a good choice. For a salty treat pork skins have no carbs. Just be careful with the amount. Atkin Bars are also good. Fill a salad up with chicken, pork, steak...not processed meats. Ranch dressing is a good choice for me. If I can be of help please let me know.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I'm on the scales first thing every morning without fail! This keeps me on track with my food and exercise. If wt. is gained I can go back to the day before and check my foods and exercise levels and make adjustments.

IBS or Celiac
Along with the calcium in your blood work being high, are you tired all the time, NO energy at all? Im' certaintly not in the medical field, only speaking from experience. This happened to me and it turned out to be one of my Parathyroid glands. They are tiny glands in the thyroid that control the amount of calcium in the blood. If the problem consist at least ask your Dr. about this. Just a suggestion and I do hope your problem is soon solved.

Strict diets dont work do they?
Another thing you can do before eating out is to know what you are going to order before getting to the eatery. Go on-line, know the menu and have a food plan in place. This allows you to make wise choices without pressure. Always have a plan, always be prepared, always be in control of your food choices.
