How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I'm on the scales first thing every morning without fail! This keeps me on track with my food and exercise. If wt. is gained I can go back to the day before and check my foods and exercise levels and make adjustments.

IBS or Celiac
Along with the calcium in your blood work being high, are you tired all the time, NO energy at all? Im' certaintly not in the medical field, only speaking from experience. This happened to me and it turned out to be one of my Parathyroid glands. They are tiny glands in the thyroid that control the amount of calcium in the blood. If the problem consist at least ask your Dr. about this. Just a suggestion and I do hope your problem is soon solved.

Strict diets dont work do they?
Another thing you can do before eating out is to know what you are going to order before getting to the eatery. Go on-line, know the menu and have a food plan in place. This allows you to make wise choices without pressure. Always have a plan, always be prepared, always be in control of your food choices.

Depression and anxiety= overeating?
Stay strong young lady...your life has just begun! You have so many wonderful days ahead. I know it is sometimes hard to see beyond the clouds, but you can do it. Change your routine,, do a randon act of kindness while on your walk to the supermarket,(a smile always makes thing better)find a different comfort food with less calories and carbs. The only certain thing in life is CHANGE. Things will get better.
