Hi there! I am 34 years old, I am married and have one 6 year old son. I work in an office setting so getting up and moving around doesn't happen too much and there is always some kind of fatty delicious treat being brought in by someone. I am trying out the "17 Day Diet" to get kick started. Really my ultimate goal is to get healthy, get active and hopefully get a way smaller pair of jeans. I am currently addicted to my e-reader, I love to cook, I love to drink wine (can't they make diet wine?) and I am an avid yarn addict (at least knitting won't make me fat).

seventeen day diet by dr. mike moreno
I am on Day 5 of C2 so far I am down a little over 9 lbs. Not too shabby in less than a month. I like this diet, especially now that I am in the second cycle. It is easy to follow there are a ton of different recipes that I have been able to concoct, and I feel better all over. I usually am a total stress bag and I find after being on the diet for a couple weeks my anxiety is non existant. I like that I can eat such a variety of food and that it isn't hard to go out to eat. I am also glad that it isn't something insane like just eating meat and cheese for a million days. I feel like I am eating healthy whole foods and getting rid of all the crap that I usually eat.
