Hi my name is Ashley. I’m 24 years old and sick of being fat. I’m ready to make a change. I want to be able to buy clothes without having to go to the plus size section. I want to look sexy when I get married some day and I want to be healthy and fit for my future children and husband! I really want to feel good about myself for a change and feel comfortable in my own body!

If you have any suggestions to help me I welcome them :D I need as much help as I can get!
