My name is Stephanie, i am 18 years old and currently weight 225lbs. I love food, but i love the bad things the most! Spaghetti would be a great example. Less than a month ago i weighed 235 pounds. It's summer so i've been swimming and also was eating healthier. I got on the scale just to see how much I weighed and had lost 10 pounds. Which if i can lose that without making a large effort, I know I can reach my goals if i make enough effort! Which I have every intention of doing!(: Here it goes!

So since earlier in summer of 2011 when i weighed my most i've lost 37.5 pounds! It was over a long stretch of time but either way i'm pretty darn proud of myself! I've had ups and downs sticking to the diet, but i need to thank Ashley, Mandy, & Justin (my siblings) for introducing me to this website! I know if i hadn't joined the website i never would have got this far. I'd probably still be eating whatever i wanted, and however much i wanted. Which that just doesn't work out well at all, so thanks Ash, Mandy, & Justin.(:
