What's up - kudos to you - I'll send a picture later of my recumbent bike - a great way to go - like sitting in a chair but great aerobic exercise - Thanks for the great feedback - I get up in morning and walk around my house, do the bike, do some stretching, and then eat some breakfast ,go to work, scream at people, eat lunch, scream at people , snack , scream at people, go home and get screamed at . LOL l
