I have named myself Bizzybee because like every mother I am always doing something. It actually feels like my list of "somethings" never ends. I weight 172 lbs currently, but the highest I have ever been was 182. For many years I was 160, but somehow I lost it and now I want to go back. I thought an ex-boyfriend put a hex on me because once I dumped him I was at 174 and I haven't been able to stay beneath it. 174 is the the new 160.

I don't post pictures of myself on my Facebook account or here because I am quite embarrassed to be so big. I joined this website because I have an application on my phone that syncs with this website. It has been a blessing. I'm always willing to encourage others and I like that others are willing to do the same for me.

I live in Connecticut, I wanted to let that be known because it seems that some people I really have a lot in common with on this website and it would be so cool if they lived in the same state. I have a 11 year old son and I am a single mother. I have a job that is very challenging and by the end of the day I am beat. I hope to make some lifestyle changes that will keep me in shape since next year in December I will be the BIG four-zero. My goal, my true goal is to be 150 lbs and stay there. I was in great shape as a teenager and I think a part of me can't let that image of my 36", 24", 38" body go. I'm trying to be a new me. Stuck and considering supplements...Ideas?
I've been stuck at the same weight for a few months, changed my exercise routine and lowered my calories. I'm considering taking a caffeine supplement of some kind. Hey, don't judge...Jillian Michaels stood by it on The Biggest Loser on Tuesday. Does anyone have any opinions or suggestions on the matter?

Has anyone used the Runkeeper fat loss app?
I've been using the Runkeeper for fat loss app for approximately two weeks. I've tried to find testimonies of people that have used the app and had good results but I haven't found any. I'm looking for any feedback whether you trained with it to run a 5k, 10k, half marathon or whatever. I guess I'll feel better knowing that someone else has tried it and felt good about the program. Thanks FS friends

Losing weight is one of the hardest things I've ever done
I keep waiting to see a drop in pounds. 2 lbs is the most I've ever lost in a week and within the three months that has only happened twice.
