Time for a new bio...
My last bio was written seven years ago. I read it and felt like a time traveler. Here is something new and no surprise...I am fat again. I take it all in stride though. I am in a much better place in my life and I really feel as though this newfound happiness will help me to meet my goals and remain there. Funny thing about goals; so easy to set, sometimes easy to achieve but making it last is the tricky part.

I am engaged for the first time in my life and I am no spring chicken. I am going to work hard this year to lose weight for my wedding and to keep it off for my lifetime. Thanks to all of your in advance for your support.

Stuck and considering supplements...Ideas?

Stuck and considering supplements...Ideas?
I've been stuck at the same weight for a few months, changed my exercise routine and lowered my calories. I'm considering taking a caffeine supplement of some kind. Hey, don't judge...Jillian Michaels stood by it on The Biggest Loser on Tuesday. Does anyone have any opinions or suggestions on the matter?

Has anyone used the Runkeeper fat loss app?
I've been using the Runkeeper for fat loss app for approximately two weeks. I've tried to find testimonies of people that have used the app and had good results but I haven't found any. I'm looking for any feedback whether you trained with it to run a 5k, 10k, half marathon or whatever. I guess I'll feel better knowing that someone else has tried it and felt good about the program. Thanks FS friends
