Well you thought I was happy earlier.....just here this....i had my kidney Dr appt. Today. BP 110/70, Glucose 106, oxygen 99%, pulse 74. He pulled the Lasix and said from my blood work that my kidneys are functioning at 54%. It was 43% when I had my stroke last year. Holy shit! He is amazed! I am dumbfounded! I actually have my kidneys repairing?!? Just physco! And on the same subject, my wife had her 6 months checkup and her results are crazier! She had (24 years ago) thyroid destroyed with radioactive iodine. She has been on 100 mcg of Levothyroxin per day. For 24 years twice a year, she has blood work and this has remained the same. This morning her Dr called and said that he has to cut her to 71 mcg a day. Whaaaa!!! How is that possible? He says that the weight loss has changed her requirements but Angie is tripping balls! Don't know but awesome! He told her that the body can recover from incredible odds if it has the right building materials. Wow is all we can say!😲
