I am a 54 year old female. i have always been obsessed with dieting. I have not always been overweight, but still obsessed with food, dieting or working out. The past two years, i have been slowly, very slowly losing weight and keeping it off! i have been learning to listen to my body and do what it needs and not what I think it needs...I would love to be lighter and fitter. I think this site will help in my endeavors.
