5 weeks in and I'm down a total of 18lbs. This is the first time in my life that I have stuck to a diet for so long. I hope I can stick to this routine.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
