FOLLOW THE PLAN STUPID!

The other day someone's comment reminded me of (the above) encouragement some of us FS old timers used to shout at each other. When we finally find a plan that works, all we have to do is follow it. How much simpler can it get?

Well, remembering that advice, yesterday I managed to stay 100% on plan. And, believe me, it felt great!

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 April 2015:

Its not always easy to get back into that routine, congrats for getting through that first day!! Here's to day two :)

Congrats on a GREAT day yesterday...now to make it TWO in a row , right? Just for the record BBuffy, I cannot imagine posting your "comment" to you. LOL...I think that's just a sample of what we have told OURSELVES on a "bad" day...LOL

STT & Bruce - You can put all the politically correct spin on it you want. Speaking strictly for myself, I sometimes feel very stupid. I go off track and then wonder why I am not losing weight when all I have to do is follow the plan - DUH!

"Stay on the plan" - sounds much easier than it is to do at times. Great job staying on the plan yesterday....how about let's all rinse and repeat? :)

Good job on yesterday!! I understand how you feel. I also beat myself up not following my own plan, it also makes my whole body feel awful. A good reminder to myself to eat and drink healthy.

I was SO off plan for about 4 days and I feel wretched today (even though today I'm back). Too much salt, not just for me but for an elephant. Too much Crap, including that hot dog that are yesterday because my body was screaming for protein after forgot my boiled eggs. Add to that only getting half as many miles in my walking because of the storms and those miles broken up through the day. Top it off with 2 nights of not enough sleep and I'm cranky and yucky feeling. After tonight's spaghetti (sauce pre-cooked) I'm switching to lighter more summery meals. Hopefully next week things will look up. Hope this rant gives you inspiration.

Hey--you're going to do it! If dieting was that easy as following the plan, we'd all be twigs, right? But we are people with our minds and people who live life. LOL. Okay, back on the plan---I hear ya! LOL. I'll tell you what, you remind me and I'll remind you! Hugz.

Ive been off plan for a bit and I feel like crap. It makes you totally reevaluate the way you used to eat and feel. I stared down some donuts this morning and all I could think is those will feel like a brick in my stomach.A few months ago i would have happily eaten 2.
